Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
Order Processing:
We process and ship all orders within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at care@blend.net.in. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Delivery Time:
- Orders within India usually take 5 to 8 working days for delivery, depending on your location and other factors like public holidays or extreme weather.
- In rare cases, delivery might take up to 2 weeks due to product availability.
- Deliveries to remote areas such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to your registered email address.

Courier Partners:
We use reliable courier services including Xpressbees, Bluedart, DTDC, and Ekart. The courier will be selected based on your delivery pincode.
If Tracking Shows Delivered but You Haven’t Received Your Order:
- Sometimes, packages are received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms. Please check with them first.
- If you still cannot locate your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will promptly investigate with the courier partner.
- Our investigation may take up to 10 working days. If the product is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund.
- Please note, if you report the missing order after 48 hours of delivery notification, we may not be able to assist, and we will not be liable for any loss.
