Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Order Processing:
We process and ship all orders within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at care@blend.net.in. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Delivery Time:

  1. Orders within India usually take 5 to 8 working days for delivery, depending on your location and other factors like public holidays or extreme weather.
  2. In rare cases, delivery might take up to 2 weeks due to product availability.
  3. Deliveries to remote areas such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking:

  1. Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to your registered email address.
  2. If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at: c are@blend.net.in

Courier Partners:
We use reliable courier services including Xpressbees, Bluedart, DTDC, and Ekart. The courier will be selected based on your delivery pincode.

If Tracking Shows Delivered but You Haven’t Received Your Order:

  1. Sometimes, packages are received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms. Please check with them first.
  2. If you still cannot locate your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will promptly investigate with the courier partner.
  3. Our investigation may take up to 10 working days. If the product is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund.
  4. Please note, if you report the missing order after 48 hours of delivery notification, we may not be able to assist, and we will not be liable for any loss.
