Exchange & Return Policy

Important:
Please inform us of any issues within 6 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange or return.


Exchange Policy:

  1. If you received the wrong product or the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery (including the day you received the product).
  2. We offer free exchanges for size issues or incorrect items of the same value. We will also arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
  3. If you choose a product of higher value during exchange, you will need to pay the difference online.
  4. Products must be returned with the original sticker label attached, properly folded, and packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Exchanges without the original label or proper packaging cannot be processed.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds are provided only for genuine cases of defective or faulty products delivered.
  2. In such cases, please email our customer support at support@voguevibz.com with your order details, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
  3. For returns accepted without any delivery issues (i.e., customer’s change of mind), a Rs 100 deduction will be made from the refund to cover reverse pickup charges due to rising logistics costs.
  4. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or to your provided bank account.



Additional Information:

  1. Please note that the color and design of T-shirts may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website, social media, or advertisements.
  2. Returns or refunds are not available for slight variations in color or design.
  3. If defects are found to be caused by customer misuse or damage, refunds will not be provided.
  4. To avoid issues, please do not accept damaged packages upon delivery.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if merchandise does not meet our policy conditions.
  6. Only one exchange or return request is allowed per order.
  7. Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  8. Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
  9. Size issues qualify for free exchanges but are not eligible for refunds.
