We Didn't Start This to Sell T-Shirts

Some brands start with a business plan.

We started with Dragon Ball Z.

With Vegeta training alone in the gravity chamber at 400 times Earth's pressure, refusing to quit, refusing to ask for help, refusing to be anything less than the best version of himself. With Goku getting back up. Every single time. Not because he had to. Because that's just who he was.

We grew up with these characters the way most people grow up with their closest friends. They taught us things before we had words for those things. About pride. About struggle. About what it means to keep becoming — even when you're already enough.

BLEND came from one question: why doesn't India have a brand that treats anime the way anime actually deserves to be treated?

Not cheap prints on random fabric. Not a face slapped on a t-shirt because it'll sell. Something intentional. Something that carries the weight of the stories that shaped us. Something you wear not because it's merch — but because it means something.

We are Harshith and Sharvangi. Two people who met, fell in love, and somewhere along the way realised we wanted to build something together that was bigger than both of us. BLEND is that thing.

This isn't a merchandise store. It's a community we're building for everyone who never stopped watching. For everyone who carries a character's lesson somewhere quiet inside them. For everyone who knows that anime isn't just animation — it's a language for things that are hard to say out loud.

Wabi-Sabi is at the heart of everything we make. The Japanese philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection, in impermanence, in the things that are still becoming. It's the philosophy of every great anime arc ever written. Nothing is finished. Nobody is complete. That's not a flaw. That's the whole point.

We're not here to chase trends or drop hype. We're here to build something that lasts — one design, one community, one person at a time.

Worn by those still becoming.
